About Us

Lisa Berg is a real estate investment owner in Bend who has been managing rentals for over 10 years. She and her husband purchase, flip, and rent out their own rental investments. Lisa knows the importance of having a property manager in the Bend Area who looks out for your investment in order to get the best renters and return. When Lisa has a free moment you will see her mountain biking, camping, boating and every once in awhile riding the chair lift at Mt Bachelor.

Karisa comes to us with a background in vacation rental management. She went to school for emergency communications and worked as a 911 dispatcher for many years before jumping into rental management. She collects, processes and reviews bills and can answer any billing questions. She also in charge of leases and lease renewals. She does all the big and little things that help our office run smoothly.

In her free time Karisa coaches high school dance team. She spends most weekends outdoors fishing, hunting, camping, or visiting the beach. When not at work, she usually has one of her sweet dogs by her side out having fun with her.

Kevin is our maintenance manager and our assistant property manager. He is our main owner contact when it comes to all things maintenance or other issues. Kevin at times is the person an owner will meet when ready to rent out their home. His knowledge of maintenance and the rental market give owners peace of mind knowing they are in good hands with our company.

Kevin comes to us with a background in real estate appraisals and loves being out in the field visiting with our wonderful and owners. He also owns rentals himself so has a good understanding of the expectations owners have when we are caring for their home. When Kevin is not working he enjoys golfing, hiking, wine tasting, exploring new areas of Central Oregon or just relaxing by a fire.

Jennifer is our field agent and inspector. Jennifer does all move in/out and routine inspections on our properties. It is because of Jennifer that we make sure to have the highest quality rentals in town. She has had her own cleaning company and also has janitorial experience. Often she will meet tenants for small maintenance repairs too. She is rarely in our office and spends most of her time running around to different parts of Central Oregon.

When not working Jennifer enjoys spending time with her grandson. She also has many grand babies throughout the country that she tries to visit whenever she can. She is our eyes out in the field and we appreciate the attention to detail that she provides.

Kit is the first person you will see when walking in the door at MBPM. Her kind smile and eagerness to help our clients is so appreciated. Kit comes to us with a background in the service industry. She is the one who reviews applications, helps us find great tenants for our properties, meets tenants for move in and shows prospective tenants our properties. We appreciate her hard work and dedication to make the renting experience a good one.

When Kit is not working she enjoys exploring Central Oregon with her fiancé and lab. She grew up on the coast so she is happy to finally be away from the cold wet weather.

Juan is our maintenance coordinator. He makes sure our maintenance department is running smoothly by routing work order to vendors, following up on tenant maintenance requests and making sure homes are ready and looking good for our tenants. He serves as our liaison between vendors and tenants, as well as scheduling for routine maintenance and inspections.

In his free time, Juan really enjoys music composition, he plays the guitar and sings. He also loves spending time in nature walking and doing photography.
